Experienced and Knowledgeable Staff: Each of ATC’s collection officers and trustees has extensive experience in the assessment collection and non-judicial foreclosure industries.
Comprehensive Online Reporting System: ATC provides real time online reports designed to be responsive to the informational needs of our Association clients and their managing agents.
Highly Competitive Rates: ATC’s rates are highly competitive with those charged by other assessment collection companies.
Legal Support: ATC is supervised by experienced attorneys who are available to advise ATC and their Association clients on the best collection methods to use under the particular circumstances facing the Association.
Indemnity: ATC will, unlike its competitors, defend and indemnify Association clients and their managing agents from any errors or omissions committed by ATC during the assessment collection process.
Accelerated Payment to Association: ATC shares any partial payments on a 50/50 basis with the Association instead of collecting our fees first. Therefore, the Association begins receiving payments sooner than under programs where all of the fees and costs must be paid before any money is distributed to the Association.
Bankruptcy Monitoring: ATC provides Bankruptcy monitoring and other legal services to the Association.
Insurance: ATC has both errors and omissions insurance coverage and comprehensive liability insurance coverage to protect the Association from any prospective claims as to fault on the part of ATC.
Other Collection Services: ATC offers a variety of other collection services to aid Associations in collecting delinquent assessments including legal actions, garnishing of wages, skip tracing and its Foreclosure Rental and Neighborhood Preservation Program© in which foreclosed properties are rented in order to recover delinquent assessments. |
